Convenient, comprehensive sports physicals for student athletes in Ohio. Available for individuals, families, or group/team scheduling with in-home options when applicable.
Sports physicals are:
Completed in-home or group setting
Available to new and existing patients
Offered for individual athletes or group settings
On-site visits to schools or athletic facilities may be available for discounted group rates.
Sports physicals are limited to clearance evaluations and do not replace comprehensive primary care.
